On your first burn, allow the entire surface of wax to melt (2-3 hours). Limit each burn to a max of 4 hours and make sure your candle is lit in a safe place. Between burns, trim your candle wick to 1/4'' before lighting. Keep your candle wax free of debris and never leave your candle unattended. Before placing the lid on your candle, blow out the flame.
Caution: Burn within sight. Keep away from children and things that catch fire. Always leave at least 2'' (5 cm) between burning candles.

Received two votives as a GWP and immediately loved the scent. Perhaps due to the smaller size, the burn time and wick integrity left something to be desired. I originally purchased the 8oz candle to try and fell in love. I had to order the XL candle so I could have it to burn for months! I was a little worried the XL candle would be too overpowering since the 8oz was so strong in my small space but it is perfect. And the scent is absolutely beautiful.
