goth verified precision, but gets reaally clumpy.

Tried this after a while of using another liner. I like elf's products a lot, i really wanted to like this. I love the brush and how precise it is. I use liner for graphic liner/goth looks, so i go through a lot of it, but I had to stop using this before i was done with the bottle. As you dip the li...ner in, some gets around the sides of the opening of the bottle, and dries very clump-ily? to the point where it starts to clump up on the actual brush... you'd think it was mascara. I tried to clean it off often, but that didnt help much as it begins to clump *inside* the bottle. At one point it clogged up so much i couldnt screw the cap on properly. I think this formula is just... thick? for lack of a better way to describe it. Three stars because it was super precise and seems to have a good amount of product for a goth who uses *a lot* of liner, buttt i hated the clumping. I will say, it also did NOT budge. Kind of a pain to take off because its waterproof (even makeup balm, it took three separate washes sometimes to get it all off), but i have teary eyes and my eyeliner tends to move when i work/exercise, it didnt budge. through intense workouts, work days, accidental eye rubbings, and crying a bunch at a sad movie, no smears. Just kind of a give and take i guess, proceed with caution.
