Difficult to go on and irritates my eyes
Honestly wish I didn't have to give such a bad rating but my experience has been nothing but poor with this product. I was excited to try as it is advertised specifically to be waterline safe. I bought this yesterday and immediately opened it to put it on. It is extremely difficult to go on my water...

Definitely does not last 12 hours. It also leaves "crumbs." Overall, not very happy with how it goes on and what it looks like later in the day.
This eyeliner has changed
I used to absolutely love this eyeliner and have been using it gor the last three years BUT the last two times i have purchased this gel liner i have found it dries up amd breaks off and so i only get yo use this liner for a couple weeks. I barely bring it to the top so not too much is exposed just enough for me to use. I feel the ingredients have changed. Now i have to find another liner so i dont waste my money.
