Use the hourglass-shaped brush to coat lashes from root to tip. Holding the brush horizontally, comb though lashes in an upward sweeping motion on top lashes and downward sweeping motion on bottom lashes. Use brush tip to coat hard-to-reach lashes. Layer as desired.

I was disappointed because I love milani in general, but the mascara doesn't apply consistently and it doesn't allow for building up the lashes. I've used better ones for less money
Eh. Pass.
With the amount of Mascaras on the market, I don't have time for subpar. This mascara is very dry as it is, so I can't see it lasting very long before it dries out completely. It claims volume and lengthening. It gives volume but no lengthening at all. I had to use another mascara to get that. All around, not worth it. (At the time of posting, I haven't worn this all day. So I can't speak to longevity or if it flakes.)
Would not buy again
I liked the wand application but the mascara was very clumpy and would flake off throughout the day.
Don't buy
No product in the tube at all . Swirled it around, still nothing . Super dry tube . Do not buy.
