I purchased this cream when it launched. I have been using this face cream every day. I have combo to oily skin, and this product does not make my face more oily. It has a thick consistency and works well under makeup.

I've been using the e.l.f. SKIN Holy Hydration! Face Cream – SPF 30 every morning for 4 weeks as the last step in my routine. The texture is rich but surprisingly lightweight—it melts into the skin without pilling under makeup or feeling heavy, even on my combination skin. It has a subtle, clean scent that fades fast (not overpowering). Hydration is solid: my dry cheeks stay plump all day, and my T-zone doesn't get oily. The SPF 30 is broad-spectrum and leaves zero white cast—a huge win for medium/tan skin tones. No breakouts, no irritation, and it layers beautifully over serums. One minor downside: the jar packaging isn't the most hygienic, but a tiny spatula fixes that. For drugstore prices, this is a daily moisturizer + sunscreen win. So this also came as a package with the cleanser and the oil, I love the consistency and how smooth my skin feels with this. It doesn't cause me to break out and it covers my face. I usually put it at night so when I wake up my skin is hydrated definitely worth it value.

I have been using this for a few weeks now - I apply it right after my morning shower when my skin is still fresh and pores open! I instantly felt a smoother, less tight, and soft face. I also noticed that it kept my face from being dry and my makeup lasted longer all day. Within a week, I noticed my skin had a better glow to it, as well as feeling overall refreshed and not tight or dry. Winter months and colder weather are always harsh on my skin - but this was perfect. I will note, a little goes a LONG way - so a jar of this will last me A LONG TIME. I was able to smooth it all in, without leaving a greasy feeling or smelling like a sunscreen. I will keep using this!

Super hydrating, this rich vitamin C lotion has a rather strong scent, at least to my taste. The smell is quite strong, but it really does moisturize beautifully, leaving my skin feeling wonderfully soft and supple, and the elasticity lasts a long time.
