Great product, not so great pump

I absolutely love every EH product i love they have changed my skin for the better! Loveee the horizon serum, but this is my 4th bottle and 4th time running into issues with the pump. On every bottle i've had this happens and seems to with everyone else, definitely needs to be changed!
New Staple in my routine
I love this serum. Its on the thicker side but not really and I don't know what magic they put in here but my skin feels soooo soft after using this. This almost instantly calms any irritation or redness that I have after I do my biweekly exfoliation pads. The ONLY complaint I have is that its not a full ounce.
Bad Pumps

Love the product but the pumps are awful and cheap. They break easily and make it impossible to buy the refill since they can't be reused. This applies to the Anchor serum (my experience) and probably any other product using this particular pump as well.
Sample Product
I received a sample of this product as part of a free gift with purchase. I recently started using and while the product itself is good, feels good on my skin, hasnt made me break out, etc, I do have a couple gripes with it. First, as others have said, this "serum" is more of a cream in a dropper bottle, so it's really difficult to get out as the dropper doesn't actually work to get any product out. I won't be able yo use anywhere near all of the product in the bottle because of this. Second, its very heavily scented and while it smells good, skincare products shouldn't be scented as that can be a major irritant for people. I don't think I'd recommend this given these as there's better products that you can actually get out of the container out there.
