Apply patches to freshly cleansed under eye area. Smooth out patches to ensure hydrogel sheet makes good contact with skin. Relax and wear patches for 15 minutes, then discard. Gently pat any remaining serum into skin. Follow up with usual skin care regimen.

Did not work
Everyone is saying that it works but for me I guess it didn't work! I put it on my dry skin for 15 minutes and when I took it off I saw no difference only a tiny bit of grayness was gone.

I buy this every couple of months
I love this product for a # of reasons. I feel like it's an easy self-care choice for me... put these on, get in bed and watch TV or read for 20 min and the product keeps working overnight. I wake up and my eyes look at least a little better. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE to give this to co-workers in my school. Teachers are a very hard-working bunch and they deserve a little pick-me-up, so I like to put one of these packages in 2-3 mailboxes in the office. It totally makes someone's day. My niece and neighbors were also happily surprised to get these at Xmas.

I cannot say that these clear up dark circles or puffy bags, but they definitely provide moisturization and a cooling effect. I can still put on glasses if I am trying to wear these while seeing across the room to watch TV. Better w/o the glasses but that only works if I am reading or just resting w/ eyes closed. Overall, a good product. Also a good thing to add to the cart if you are trying to hit a certain $ amount to attain a bonus. It's something I know I will use or gift, so it's not a bad item to add to cart.
