Hair Type Wavy Hair
The odd shape looks cute but is awkward to use, either by wiping on the hair or by lathering in the hands. I tried this Hydrating conditioner bar with the matching shampoo, and I tried it by itself after using liquid shampoo. I like the idea of plastic-free haircare, but this made my medium-to-coarse hair look and feel unruly after a few weeks. I did try using clarifying shampoo to reset my hair, but my hair just kept looking worse with every passing day when using these Ethique Hydrating bars. My hair looked and behaved better immediately after switching back to liquid shampoo and conditioner. I've tried several of Ethique's formulas (and other haircare bars, too), but as much as I like the idea of being bottle-free, this type of product just doesn't perform well for my hair.

I love these so far
I think I'll switch to these, although it takes a bit of working in to get on your hair, it's definitely worth it and conditions nicely. I just wish they didn't take so long to get on my hair, definitely takes more time than bottle shampoo but I think it's worth a bit of extra work.

I'm just loving this solid conditioner. Ethique gifted me the Ethique Beauty Hydrating Solid Conditioner For Dry Hair. First off it smells amazing. I found the scent to be tantalizingly magnificent. I have super dry hair because I over process it a lot. I found this solid conditioner to be very moisturizing and very hydrating on my hair strands. I found it to be very gentle on my color treated hair. It left my hair feeling very soft and smooth.
