Take a deep breath and become centered. Section wet hair and distribute 1-2 pumps into fingertips, raking from roots to ends. Diffuse, air or blow dry to define texture and style. On dry hair, apply 1 pump to fingertips for structure and hold.

Not a fan
So I've tried to give this gel a chance multiple times because I've heard such good reviews about it. I used it by itself and even mixed it with mousse and I still don't like it. Don't get me wrong the day 1 curls are beautiful but after day 3 my hair feels dry and is flaking all over my clothes. I'm used to my wash n go's lasting at least a week.
Holy Grail Gel for my 3c/4a hair
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I have curly 3c/4a hair and I love this gel. Currently, I layer it over a light leave in and then go over it with a cream. The cast is firm, but breaks pretty easily with oil scrunching. Leaves my hair super defined, shiny, and soft/touchable. Also, it holds up even in humidity/ rain for me! There's a bit of a learning curve with this gel though. You need to experiment using it with water. I style in the shower, and use two pumps per section of hair (I section my hair in about 8 parts). I emulsify in my hands with a little water and then smooth/rake into my hair. I've noticed that the less water I use, the firmer the hold is (which you may not want) and the more difficult it is to smooth through the hair. So just keep that in mind.

This is my holy grail hair product. It leaves a cast, but is easily scrunched out, or goes away after sleeping. I can make my washes last 4-5 days with this. Only downside is that it stains clothes like crazy. Dedicate a shirt to hair wash days and you will be fine!

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I have ccca alopecia, most products irritate my scalp. Someone suggested this gel, it holds and shines with no irritation. Pricey but worth it I guess..
