Size:
Prior to application, align nails with tab sides facing your cuticles and find correct size for each nail (jot down the # found on the tab on each nail - 1 is largest, 11 is smallest - for future use.) When you are in between sizes go smaller, not larger.
Prep:
Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad (the most important step), to clean nails for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.)
Apply:
Peel backing from nail then press it down on your natural nail, in the center and at both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. (Press on thumbnails last.)
If there is exposed adhesive, brush clear nail polish between your nail and the imPRESS and press down.
Wait at least an hour to wet hands or file nails if desired.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Contains flammable Prep Pad. Wear beyond 7 days is not recommended.

Quality Control Issue
Some packages of these nails have less count of nails than advertised on the package. Absolutely unacceptable unprofessional practice. Also there are too many narrow nails and not enough wide nails in each package. Also the company that manufactures them makes negligent mistakes. Do not recommend.

the color is gorgeous but the sticky tabs are a bit thick and will be noticeable at the cuticle area. that means it wont be seamless and hair will get snagged. it does stay on pretty well after washing dishes, washing my hands, and showering. make sure you take your time prepping your natural nails though to ensure the press on doesnt pop off in a day.

I love kiss impress nails. Use the regularly and don't have any complaints usually. Every once in a while I'll get a patch that is missing the number 11 pinky nail but otherwise they are great
