Size: Prior to application, align nails with tab sides facing your cuticles and find correct size for each nail (jot down the # found on the tab on each nail - 1 is largest, 11 is smallest for future use.) When you are in between sizes go smaller, not larger.
Prep: Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad (the most important step), to clean nails for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.)
Apply: Peel backing from nail then press it down on your natural nail, in the center and at both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. (Press on thumbnails last.)
If there is exposed adhesive, brush clear nail polish between your nail and the imPRESS and press down. Wait at least an hour to wet hands or file nails if desired.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Contains flammable Prep Pad. Wear beyond 7 days is not recommended.

Good for emergencies only
Easy to apply and awesome that you can file to size while smoothing out the tip where it was clearly machine-clipped. The "Pick Me Pink" is exactly what I was looking for and the price is right. I lost my first nail two hours after application. No hand washing, no cooking, just me and Netflix. Another felt loose an hour later and when lightly touched to gauge the adhesive, that one came off too. I have zero faith the rest will last much longer. Will apply some nail glue in the meantime since I'm heading out of town for the weekend, but disappointed these didn't work out. I also agree with others they lift off the nail a bit. Oh, another one just came off right now while taking a pic for this review. Haha

I never use stick on nails but these were a cute fix for a last minute outing in between sets of nails. They stayed on decently well. My only complaint is that you do have to be careful with them and you can feel them pulling up when you do certain things. They don't feel 100% secure. But for a quick set for an evening out, they are perfect.
