Size:
Prior to application, align nails with tab sides facing your cuticles and find correct size for each nail (jot down the # found on the tab on each nail--1 is largest, 11 is smallest--for future use.) When you are in between sizes go smaller, not larger.
Prep:
Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad (the most important step), to clean nails for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.)
Apply:
Peel backing from nail then press it down on your natural nail, in the center and at both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. (Press on thumbnails last.)
If there is exposed adhesive, brush clear nail polish between your nail and the imPRESS and press down.
Wait at least an hour to wet hands or file nails if desired.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Contains flammable Prep Pad. This is such a good product!
I'm not a fan of getting acrylics or gel manicures done at a nail salon, so this product is a great substitute! They honestly look natural and were easy to apply. One note is that I wish there were directions in/on the box on how to remove them, I had to look that up on Google, thankfully, the brand had a YouTube video for that.

I will say that before I applied these, I was nervous. I had just tried to wear another medium-length set before this that, unfortunately, barely stayed on/adhered after a week. That being said, I (following the advice from someone on Reddit) kept my nails dry for 1 hour applying them, applied it, then waited another 1 hour before allowing for any contact with moisture. Doing that helped. It's been 8 days, and there have been fewer nails popping off (maybe 3, this time, which are easily replaced with the extra nails in sizes 5-7). Also, the design grows on you. I grew to appreciate more and more. The only thing is that the light part is so opaque, that if/as it lifts from the cuticle side, I can start to see bubbles and debris in bright light caught under the nail surface. It holds up appearances as long as no one looks too long or too close at the end of week 1.
