Step 1: Position open part of stencil at the outer edge of the eye. Lay flat to skin.
Step 2: Fill in the stencil to draw the wing.
Step 3: Remove the stencil from outer edge of eye. Step 4: Continue line across your eyelid.

The Infallible Flash Cat Eye Waterproof Brush Tip Liquid Eyeliner is a really good quality, drug store eyeliner that makes applying liquid liner much easier. I have used many drug store eyeliners in the past and this has got to be one of my top favorite liners to date. Not so much for the gimmick...

I despise this eyeliner.
I have used loreals "infallible super slim" black eyeliner pen for years but when Ulta was out of it I figured I'd try this just to give it a shot. Let me tell you how awful this liner is. I wanted to love this
It started off great, goes on smoothly, very precise. Color is perfect and very long lasting. Recommend a primer on lid though because as the day goes on it will be all over your lid The other sad problem is after a few uses it started leaking so i couldnt even apply it to my lids, it was almost dripping.

This is a favorite, but I've noticed the tip sometimes leaks and can cause blots. I still recommend, just be watch for this. Long lasting. Doesn't transfer. Etc.

I think I finally found my holy grail...
I have worn winged liner for 18 years and have tried everything from ELF to Pat McGrath. This liner was a shocking success - it goes on smooth, is pure matte black and stays on all day, even when my eyes water. For the price, it's an easy holy grail!
