The formula will stay on, but it is just impossible to apply. no product goes to the tip, so it just doesnt make fine lines. i'll be returning this, would not recommend

Easy to use!
I am relatively new to the liquid eyeliner game. I have come to like the control I have. This is a good eyeliner to use when worrying about hand control! I like the gray as it's softer than a black. A 60-plus year old woman needs less stark colors!
