Key Ingredients
- Gentle AHA Blend: made of three AHAs - glycolic, mandelic and lactic - specially formulated to be gentle on even the most delicate skin and intimate areas, while helping to gently encourage cell turnover and clear clogged follicles that contribute to the formation of ingrown hairs

Shake up the formula before using (really, shake it). Dispense 1-2 drops to finger. Dab on clean skin in areas prone to ingrown hairs, bumps, or uneven tone. For uneven tone, dispense additional drops onto finger and then smooth on in a thin, even layer. Can be applied to your arms, armpits, chest, beard and neckline area, or intimate areas - anywhere you remove hair. Only apply formula to skin externally, do not insert.

I could not tell a difference. When rubbing this product on my skin it did not feel like i would see or notice a difference. It felt more like I was rubbing water into my skin. The oils it says are in the product and i use those on a regular basis. Every skin type is different, this was not for me.

I found this product worked fairly well for my ingrown, but I didn't like that I had to shake it every time I used it and I found it to be pretty messy to apply. I wasn't sure I was getting the correct concentration of the product because of the way you had to shake it to emulsify. All this being said it worked really well and I think it was more effective than doing nothing or just using plain moisturizer and toner.
Impossible to mix
This product has ingredients that layer and don't stay mixed beyond a few seconds. I shake it and squeeze some into the dropper and before I can even use it, it's separated in the dropper already. I question how it can be effective then.
I love it and will buy it again.

I love Kiehl's products. I used skincare that good products with me. I used this item after I removed hair on my underarm and leg. I observed have not ingrown in long term. Wow this is perfect skincare and I'll buy it again.

This product is so gentle (doesn't burn) and really helps with ingrown hairs. I've tried other products in the past, but this one has definitely worked the best, and it's by far the best I've used compared to other similar products.
