- In a consumer-perception study on 25 women ranging in age from 35 to 65:

- Start by cleansing with a non-oily cleanser. Avoid using eye cream if possible. If you prefer to use eye cream, allow the product to fully absorb and dry.
- Shake the tube and squeeze out a pea-size amount on the top of the hand.
- Using fingertips or a clean, dry makeup brush, pick up a tiny amount of the product and apply onto a completely dry eye area for best results.
- Using upward strokes, spread a thin layer of the gel onto the under-eye area, crow's feet, "11" lines between the brows, and beneath and above the brow bone (but not on the moveable eyelid).
- Let the product dry for approximately 5 minutes while remaining expressionless. Do not squint or smile.
- If you notice any white residue, moisten a cotton swab (or your fingertip) and remove excess by gently patting the edges.
- Once the product is completely dry, you are good to go! You can gently pat on makeup, such as eyeshadow, under-eye concealer or powder. To prolong the effects of Instant FIRMx Eye, avoid water-based makeup.

Magic in a Tube, With Only One Flaw
This stuff is pure magic. It works, and it lasts all day. The only downfall: I have to choose between it and concealer. I've heard other reviewers suggest mixing it with concealer, but I haven't managed to make that work for me. If PTR ever comes out with a product that combines the two - Firmx Eye ...

It worked.... But .....
I was so excited to get this product. However, the magic undoes itself if you add anything on top of it. Moisturizer, eye cream, foundation, concealer, it brings the puffiness all back. I gave it 3 stars because it DOES work... But ... I wear makeup so its its not for a girl who loves her coverup. B...

Great product-takes practice
This stuff works great, but you cannot use with anything else (undereye creams), or it doesn't work. My work around is to use this with my regular makeup routine, and use my under eye cream at bedtime.
I will not buy this item again
Several issues: product is great if you don't have to use moisturizer or under eye concealer for dark circles. It's not possible to use this product and others. Product alone does tighten but I am left with dark circles that make me look tired and old.
Really works!
I may never go without this again! Really reduced bags under eyes and fine lines. Application is a little trickier than my usual "just smear this on with your finger" approach but the result of careful application is worth the time it takes.

Same effect as if I would've rubbed Elmer's Glue on my face. Done absolutely nothing but made my face sticky and the crap peeled of my face
It works!! I LOVE this cream!!
-Do a test patch to be sure you're not allergic to the ingredients!! Thankfully, I'm not. -Shake before each use. -Use a very small amount. -Dab under your eyes with your finger as you would concealer. -DO NOT move your face while it's drying (about 5 minutes). -Only use powder over it if necessary, as ANY liquid will deactivate it. -If you use too much, there will be a noticeable white residue. My skin is pale, so I haven't noticed it otherwise. -If you use too much, you can remove it with a wet cotton swab. -Keep the container clean! -It lasts all day as long as it doesn't get wet. If it does get wet, you can reapply. It takes some trial and error, but worth it!
