- Start by cleansing with a non-oily cleanser. Avoid using serum or moisturizer if possible. If you prefer to use serum or moisturizer, allow the products to fully absorb and dry.
- Shake the tube and squeeze out a dime-size amount on the top of the hand.
- Using fingertips or a clean, dry makeup brush, pick up a tiny amount of the product and apply onto completely dry skin for best results.
- Using upward strokes, spread a thin layer of the gel onto forehead creases, fine lines along the temple area, nasolabial folds and enlarged pores.
- Let the product dry for approximately 5 minutes while remaining expressionless. Do not squint or smile.
- If you notice any white residue, moisten a cloth, cotton swab or fingertips and remove excess by gently patting the edges.
- Once the product is completely dry, you are good to go! You can gently pat on makeup, such as foundation or powder. To prolong the effects of Instant FIRMx, avoid water-based makeup.

- Official Answer By Peter Thomas Roth - BE - DisabledNo, this product does not leave a white residue when applied correctly. Thin and sparingly is the best way to apply Instant FIRMx Face. If you apply too heavily, you may see a little white residue. If this is the case, remove Instant FIRMx Face and try to apply thinner. If you still see a little white residue, you can pat away by moistening your fingertip or a cotton swab. You can also conceal the whiteness by gently dabbing on powder makeup or oil-based foundation. Once you take the time to get this product right, you will achieve outstanding results! Nose to mouth lines not as deep!
I tried it in store and was pleased with how my lines hardly showed! After, using my sample at home I decided to buy it! I considered injectibles but now I am happy with the results I am getting with this cream. Lines do not disappear 100% but 75% is good for me!

I spent a lot of money on this item. It says to shake it before use; it is in a tube, you can't really shake it. I have tried several different methods of applying the cream including mixing with moisturizer but it still leaves a white residue. It suggests using a wet cloth to wipe away residue, ...

I was experiencing the white reside issue when I first started using and FINALLY figured out if I have a clean face, I can do one spritz of toner on them while damp put this on. As the toner dries the product dries perfect and leaves no residue.
2nd purchase
This is my second time buying it, the first bottle did not tighten at all, but it was GREAT as moisturizer on my face. The product was also white. The new bottle, the product is clear-ish & is a lot thicker & it tightens the skin wherever applied.
