Formulated Without
- All e.l.f. products are free from phthalates, parabens, nonylphenol ethoxylates, triclosan, triclocarban, and hydroquinone
- All skincare is also free from sulfates
Shake well before use. Using the tip of the smudge proof eyeliner, draw from the inner to the outer eye corner, sticking as close to the lash line as possible. Slant the pen to create a thicker line. Use with waterproof mascara and smudge proof eyeshadow for a complete long lasting eye look.

I bought this eyeliner for the first time 3 years ago, and i still buy the same one every time!! I've tried multiple eyeliners from other stores but this one is everything, it doesn't smudge, lasts all day, the tip is very manageable and I use it almost every day, and the whole pen lasts 3 months, and for the price it's very worth it.
Bad Design
The product itself works like a typical eyeliner but the liquid pools around the the top of the pen and whenever you open the cap black liner splatters everywhere

Not waterproof
Decent eyeliner, i like the tip and easy to apply but is not waterproof. It crumbles off throughout the day and inside the cap it gets very gunky so it gets hard to open/close. this happend to me twice.
