The ULTA Beauty Collection Large Powder Brush 142 is soft to the touch, but I can still feel the individual hairs of the brush while applying product. This makes it a bit uncomfortable, especially for extended use. While it does a decent job at applying powder, the slight roughness of the bristles may not be ideal for those with sensitive skin.

This is the perfect brush for my setting powder. It's very loose bristles places just enough product to seal my makeup without looking cakey or over done. I use this everyday as a last step and it gives me just enough coverage, regardless of which powder I use. Must have for every makeup routine!
