Step 1. Hold flexible brush against lashes.
Step 2. Extend from the root to tip of lashes repeatedly until desired volume and length is achieved.
Step 3. Do not let mascara dry in between coats.
Step 4. Easily remove mascara with Garnier's Micellar Cleansing Water (sold separately).

This mascara glides on very smoothly and is very pigmented. The wand is small which makes it easier to get your lower lashes and the inner corner lashes without a struggle. Did not like this in waterproof, would not buy again....
I absolutely love the non-waterproof version of this so I expected this to have the same quality and effect, but sadly it does not! It doesn't dry well or quick enough and my lashes clump up and look all straggly. I've tried it several days in a row with varying amounts and have not had good results.

I expected more from this and was disappointed:( usually maybeline has great mascara and I desperately needed a new waterproof mascara. Its such a conundrum that if you cry or get water on your eyelashes amd try to wipe it off, it smears and makes little clumps fall off. Yet, when you try to actually remove it with makeup remover or just water, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get off. Literally stuck on for like 3 days each time of use for me. The bottle isnt made where it wipes off the excess liquid at the end and it stays so much on the brush, it does the same to your eyelashes. It does add a ton of length where my eyelashes look fake but it is just too much for me.

This mascara works better than expensive name brands. Never gets clumpy.

I've noticed that I run out of mascara quite quickly and i have to scrape the walls of the tube with the wand to get more product. I've re-purchased this item multiple times and I've just figured out that theres still lots of product left in the tube once you take out the stopper. I won't be repurchasing again because I personally think its unfair to have to force the rest of the product out of the tube. However, if the packaging gets changed to something that will help with this problem then I will buy again.
Nice but difficult to remove
This mascara performs great for lengthening and thickening. I also love the packaging, it's so cute! I took off a star because it is difficult to remove even with Clinique cleansing balm.
