Prepare wet hair by gently detangling, and applying your favorite styling product(s) to begin rough drying hair. Plug in your dryer, press the ON/OFF button for 1-2 seconds to turn the dryer on. Select your airflow speed (this will be indicated by a series of lights on the digital display):
One Light = Low Speed
Two Lights = Medium Speed
Three Lights = High Speed
Once you choose your preferred setting, press the middle button to select your heat setting (this will be indicated by the temperature on the digital display):
No Temperature Indicated = Cool
140° F = Warm
190° F = Medium 250° F = High
Gently rough dry hair (on lower heat) until approximately 70% dry. Next, separate hair into manageable sections and secure the rest out of the way. Using a higher heat setting, finish blow drying with your brush of choice. Work the brush through hair, aiming the airflow in a downward motion. For extra volume, concentrate airflow at the roots. Continue until your desired look is achieved. Press and hold the cool shot button to lock in your style and run the dryer over your hair. Turn off and unplug the dryer when finished. Once the dryer has completely cooled, store in a safe location.

Holy Grail of Haircare!
I balked at the price. I talked myself out of this purchase 249 times. On the 250th pep talk, I finally decided that if it was between the L'ange and the Dyson, I was going for the L'ange. And besides, can you really put a price on feeling good and having great hair days? I wish I could go back in...

Don't buy!
Hair Type Straight Hair
I first bought in Aril 2024, loved the colour, weight of it, the choice of temperature and speed control. It was a great dryer to use apart from where the buttons are placed, as I kept knocking them when using Then after 4 months the heat went. Ulta Beauty replaced the dryer for me, but I'm afraid to say that after 7 months the same thing happened again. I went back to Ulta Beauty and was told that this happens with this brand at lot. not just there hairdryers. For the cost of hairdryer this is not good enough, 2 hairdryers breaking after less than a year is rubbish! Thank you Ulta for replacing the second hairdryer with a different brand
ZERO HEAT AFTER FOUR MONTHS

Initially loved this dryer, it's light and powerful. Used 2x a week for four months, then it stopped heating. Ulta doesn't return it. Waiting on L'Ange warranty response. Using my Dyson + Drybar dryers while I wait for L'ange response.
Short lifespan high price tag

Lange hair dryers are great until they break...which I've come to find is about a year after purchase. Same thing happened with first Lange hair dryer that I bought and customer service told me there was nothing they could do. For this price tag, I would definitely expect more than 365 days of use.
Great dryer at first
I though I would love this dryer because I have loved all the other items I have from them. But alas, it worked well at first but now it keeps overheating. I have cleaned the filters etc but nothing has solved the issue. For a dryer this expensive I expected more.
Quality is not there! Don't Recommend!
I have had 3 of these hairdryers over the last 2.5 years. Lange will stand behind their products and send you a new one under their warranty. However they aren't made to last. The first one the plug seperated from the cord after 6 months. Lange replaced it when I contacted them. The second one quit heating up within about 10 months and Lange replaced again under warranty. The third one died this morning after almost 13 months. It wont heat up and not much air is blowing out if it. I checked the filter and its fine. While I love the weight of this hairdryer and it works great when it works. The price point is way to high for something that absolutely does not last. Will be buying a different brand this time. I've never had these kind of issues with cheaper brands.
