- Make sure your hair is completely dry and detangled.
- Apply L'ange heat protectant of choice.
- Press and hold the power button to turn the tool on.
- Select your preferred temperature with the +/- buttons.
- Allow the tool to heat for at least 60 seconds prior to styling.
- Divide hair into small, manageable sections (about 1" each).
- Slide brush from root to tip (using tension) at a moderate pace.
- Depending on the texture & thickness of your hair, you may need an additional pass.
- Repeat on remaining sections until desired style is achieved.

How wide is it, will it work with short hair?

However, it may not be as effective on very short styles like pixie cuts. My hair is softer and healthier after switching from a flat iron to this brush! It also has prevented split ends from getting too bad in between haircuts. Less breakage of hair by the root as well. I'll never use a flat iron again. Great product!!
