Start at the inner corner of the eye, placing the eyeliner pencil as close to the lash line as possible. Glide across lash line for a precise line, or blend out (prior to formula drying) for a smokier look.
To access the sharpener, pull the cap off the back of the pencil. Twist the liner in a clockwise motion until desired sharpness is achieved.

Completely oil-less
If you do not have completely oil-less eyelids, I do not recommend. I did initial swatches on my hand + 20mins later rubbed my finger over it = didn't smudge. I then ran it under water and it didn't budge; but if you lightly rub it under water, it's still there but the color fades. Now… on my lids....

I have tried almost all of the blue "waterproof" pencil eyeliners out there, this one is definitely the best! I am allergic to almost everything, my eyes water a lot. This one doesn't budge all day long. The price is Wonderful. Found my holy grail!

Love this eyeliner so much. Does not smudge and lasts all day!!!
Good but not great
Ive been using this eyeliner off and on for over a year now. Im not a big fan. It dries out my skin so i end up with itchy eyes within a few hours. It lasts pretty well and goes on easily. I just dont love the dryness it brings.
