I own and use products from over 15 different MAC product lines, and this is by far my favorite. This product elevates my appearance no matter what other makeup products I have on and no matter what outfit I have on. It adds a level of class and maturity to my look like no other makeup product can. I love the Silky Matte formula because of its high pigmentation, blendability, and unmatched shade range. I prefer the Silky Matte line over the Satin finish because of the shade range, and also because if I want to lessen the matte finish, a light coating of clear lip glass applied with a lip brush will usually do the trick. I have this in a variety of shades - Velvet Teddy, Flamingo, Cafe Mocha, Sweet Deal, Kinda Sexy, and Forever Curious. Looking forward to adding more shade to my collection like Get the Hint, You Wouldn't Get it, Mehr, and Twig Twist.

This lipstick HAS TO BE THE BEST lipstick in purple tone and undertones. I've tried many brands and this is my ALL TIME FAVORITE!.
Can't Recommend Lopstick Snob
There are some colors that just don't work with this formula. Lipstick Snob is one of those colors. It's a beautiful color - very beautiful color - however it applies very patchy and accentuates any and all lip lines I have, and it looked like I've never even used lip balm in my life. The color swatched very nicely in store, which was why I bought it, but it did not work well for me for it's intended use. However, I do own the color Mehr - which is from the same line - and this one applies smoothly and looks beautiful. I would try another pink if you need a bright pink.
