Don't Store as Directed
Purchased during the 50% off sale so I'm only half as upset. I loved the applicator shape, how this went on, how it looked, and how it lasted. But I am so bummed at how dried out it became. In just a few weeks its totally unusable. I followed the instructions to store it with the applicator facing down so it doesn't dry out, and within just a few days what seems like ALL the product seeped out and pooled in the cap. It created a giant mess and it seems like now theres nothing left in the applicator. :( I was hoping this would last at least a few months, not just a few weeks!
Magic Flik Eyeliner
I purchased this during a sale because it was half off. It's not the most revolutionary eyeliner. The design is unique, and the felt tip is a bit tough to fill in with liner, but it does help get clean lines. That being said, the tip is constantly getting dry before I even get it onto my face. I just press it onto my hand to re-moisten it, and it works fine. I've used it multiple times, and it lasts pretty well except really close to the outer corners of my eyes, but they're always wet, so I wouldn't expect it to last there.
A must have for winged liner babes
I have played around with almost every kind of eyeliner, and in general, I'm cool with whatever type of liner I'm given. But I had never tried anything like this, with a paddle shaped tip. Its really similar to other felt tips, in terms of how the paddle tip feels, and the liner applies. It is much darker than I thought it would be, as i read a few reviews saying it was streaky when applied. But, I really didnt experience this. I will say, it is fairly difficult to try to put multiple layers of this on. But I find that to be fairly common out of felt liners. I did find a solid workaround for the issue pretty quickly though, instead of the usual sweeping motions, tapping it on in spots that needed more opaqueness. 4/5 stars because there is always room for improvement, and I'd like to see a felt tipped product that does layer on itself well. Overall, I highly recommend this. It was the easiest and fastest liner application I've had. Especially for an entirely new product I've never used. VERY user friendly.
