honestly works like any other cleanser. i dont think this product is worth it for the price, i do get hormonal acne and this did nothing with it (which is whatever, ik treatments are whats up for healing & preventing acne). i did, however, like that you dont need to use a lot of product at all to get a good amount of suds. overall i would say save your money and get a different cleanser. i

Great for texture
Ive been using this product every day now for about a week. The texture of my skin has become so smooth! I have acne prone, oily, textured skin and have been using Cerave SA cleanser for years. Its always been decent but the Tatcha has improved my texture significantly in just a week! And my overall small white heads have decreased. I have had a few larger breakouts around my jaw area though which was uncommon when using the Cerave. I did see a few reviews regarding an adjustment period, I hope that is what is happening. Minus a star for that and for the price.
