I've always struggles with my energy levels and tried so many different B12 and energy supplements and none have really worked or I haven't noticed any change. I was interested in the Matcha because I know B12 is important when you are taking GLP-1's, plus energy! I know they give me a boost in the morning. I didn't think I'd care for Match just because I'm typically not a fan, but these are good, like a matcha cream flavor. Really good.
