Terrible costumer service!
I was ordering a mini lip kit and a regular lip kit in the same color. When they arrived I had two different colors. When I reached out to the customer service they basically said there was nothing they could do because all sales are final and no exchanges. However it wasn't the color I even ordered...

Just okay, if on sale
I stopped use the Kylie Lip Kits a few years ago and was reminded why. They dont last, the linner color part falls out from the pencil. Not all of them but more than half of mine have. They price point, when not on sale is not worth it for the quality. Any value brand has the same quality or better for a fraction of the cost.

Bring it back
Please bring back the old "Kylie" lip liner. I've repurchased the kit so many times just for the liner. It used to be the most perfect nude pink color. I've never been able to find another shade like it. The liner is now a pure brown shade. Why would you change it 😭😭😭
Holleyberry did not disappoint
This is the perfect winter shade for me. I have heard alot of people say the formula is druing, I always wear a moisturizer or primer under every shade, so wasnt an issue. Really love the long wear and easy application.
Does not last and transfers onto everything
Would not buy again and will most likely throw away. Have used 2 or 3x but it just doesn't last and transfers like crazy onto glasses, teeth, Straws just everything.
