Keeps me velvety
Love it. I tried other more expensive setting sprays but they all left me looking shiny, but now that I've tried the elf brand I'm staying with it- like my makeup does to my face and I look smooth and velvety all day!

Not matte at all
First, the sprayer is awful....huge droplets; not a fine mist as it should be. I had to use a sprayer from another product to apply it. Then, within 30 mins., my face was shiny all over. It is November so sweat was not an issue. Disappointing.

Elf has had this product kicking around for years and years. It was good back in the day but I used it again recently and it's just out of date. The sprayer is not very good. Their newer setting sprays are much better and have a finer mist.

I think this is a really decent setting spray. The mist is fine enough that it doesn't pool in droplets. It takes a little time to dry, but not much. I haven't had an transfer or problems with my makeup staying on. It does have a mattifying effect as well. Smell is nice too!
