It says on it that it is oil free, but when you read ingredients, it clearly says that it has castor oil and safflower seed oil?

I have a sample size primer that's called Mattifying Face Primer and reads "controls shine and blurrs pores". Is the packaging different? This is the closest I find to my sample product. Its not called Pro Matte Prime as it has in the description on how it was formerly called.

Great Primer
Leaves the perfect finish for applying makeup!

Definitely oily right when you put it on. I would put the setting powder right after and then an oil blotting sheet and oil immediately after two minutes. one hour later, my oil blotting sheet was full of oil.
My go to primer
I have purchased this twice now. After the first purchase, I switched to my regular department store make up brand primer and the department store brand just didn't compare. I love the great blurred illusion and silky feeling of Ulta's. It works great on mature skin and no breakouts, which is amazing since I have crazy sensitive skin! If you haven't tried yet, I recommend you do.
My Go To
I love this clear primer for makeup days and no make-up days. It doesn't cause any skin issues and I have the most sensitive skin on planet earth. I can't do without it.
Glad to find a good primer
I used to use a more expensive primer but it was discontinued. I'm so glad I found the Ulta primer. Works as intended and feels super smooth.
