Makes my hair frizz before I get out of the shower
Seemed too good to be true and was. My hair frizzes out before I've finished washing it. Makes my virgin back length hair weak, pretty upset with this product.
Harmful Ingredients
I typically use sulfate free products for my low porosity medium/thick hair so I thought this would be a good fit. I used both the shampoo and conditioner for about a couple weeks which caused excessive hair loss and scalp flaking which is not common for me and these were the only new products in my routine. After doing some research on the ingredients, I was shocked that they would advertise this for sensitive skin and eczema. The shampoo contains sodium hydroxide and the conditioner contains isopropyl alcohol, both are proven to cause hair loss, shedding, skin irritation and frizz.
Might be good for some people
But not so good for me. I wanted to try something fragrance free, thinking I was doing better for my hair and scalp. But in reality, this was making my scalp extremely itchy while its cleansing abilities were sub-par. For context, I have low porosity wavy/curly hair. My curls were noticeably less when using this shampoo. My hair also felt clean initially, but after just 24 hours, I was beginning to itch and feel a bit greasy which is absolutely not typical for me. After using this for two weeks or so, my scalp had a few little bumps—almost like pimples—in the areas that were itchy. My scalp definitely felt dry and raw while simultaneously feeling greasy. On the plus side, I saw the same or less amount of shedding. I'm going to slowly finish the bottle as I've already used too much to return it, but will definitely not purchase again. I'd recommend this only to people who may have specific allergies or issues with other products, as it may help them, even if it did not work for me.
Not worth the money
I had high hopes doe this product, after reading all the postibe reviews. This shampoos leaves my hair dry and matted. I had to use double the amount conditioner to detangle my hair. There are plenty of other fragrance free shampoos out on thr maeket that do not strio your hair like this prouct does.
Not For Me

This made my scalp angry and flaky. It also made my hair stringy. Not sure if it's the formula or if I'm sensitive to something in it, but it did very unfortunate things to my hair and scalp. Not for me.
