So many compliments
I have been approached by women complimenting me on my hair after using this. My hair looks healthy, just a minimal hint of shine, and great volume even though I have semi-thin hair. I'm fortunate I still have hair. By the way, my hair is long on top and tight on the sides Kind of a like a semi-skin...

I use different pomades, clays, and fibers, based on my hair length and what I'm looking for on that particular day. I decided to try this based on the fact that it was a Paul Mitchell product. Yes, it holds but that's it. My hair style for the day looked like I had put my finger in a light socket. ...

New formula dissapointment

Disappointed. Just bought 2 (retail location). One in New packaging and one in Old packaging (but new, unopened; High Hopes!) Neither the same my as my long time favorite. No grit, but very thin, "over whipped", creamy. Not very good. back to the search for something new. Anyone find a good alternative?
Not What it Use To Be

Been using this for years and the last 4 I have purchased have left white clumps in my hair. You changed labeling and the product. The problem is you destroyed the product what ever you did it is time to undo it!
No longer good.

By I've been using this for years, and the new formula is nothing like the previous. It doesn't work as well, and there's white grit that doesn't rub in. I'm disappointed, and wish the old product was still available.
Mitch Reformer used to be great...

I've been using the Mitch Reformer texture cream for quite a few years, and it had been great. However, the last couple of containers I purchased have product that contains small white, hard particles that don't go away. I submitted a question to JPM support to ask if the formula had changed or if it was just a bad batch. However, in reading other comments, it appears this has been an ongoing issue for quite awhile. This texture cream has been my go-to for giving my short hair some texture, but it is quite annoying to try to remove those small white particles from the product I'm trying to use. JPM Support - Pay attention to your customers... many of us have been using the Reformer texture cream for quite some time, and we would like to continue to use it, if this issue could be resolved.

They changed the formula and it's terrible now. I'll never buy it again.
