Major hair loss
Not sure if it's this shampoo i started using but I am having MAJOR hair fall out now. Big clumps in my hair brush… going to be switching shampoos and seeing if this was the problem…

I started using this prodcut in hopes id find a shampoo that would help with my hair growth as I had always been a thick haired person and lost a lot within past years. This shampoo itself caused horrible acne on my forehead, did not help with moisture and caused so much hair to fall out every time id shower.
Not good
I started using this a few months ago, and I noticed my hair went from healthy and easy to work with to dry and got greasy very quickly. It hasnt been looking as good whether air dried or styled. I will be going back to redken all soft after this. My hair always looked and felt great.

Im not sure which hair type this product is for? because on my hair it feels extremly coarse when wet and washing. After drying my results are basically the same- extremely dry!!! AND I tried to help myself with oils as well. No thanks-I need something to mositurize my hair I swear this feels like it sucked all the mositure out!
