Clean the skin thoroughly before applying this product. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two to three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

Works great for cystic acne
I am experiencing perimenopausal cystic acne and have triedany different combinatioms of skin care products including prescription products. This along with Murad Deep Relief Acne Treatment has helped control the cystic acne the best. It does have an unpleasant smell but I am willing to put that aside since this combination has worked so well for me.
Smells horrible
It works but I can't recommend this to anyone. I'm well past the return point and now throwing it away. It was incredibly expensive to smell so bad. The smell never dissipates. And I know it wasn't just a bad batch - I've since recieved samples and they smell just as horrible.

Smells awful
Not sure if I just got a bad batch but this stuff does not have a pleasant smell to it at all to me. I haven't been using it for long to notice if it's truly working or not but even if it did work the smell is too off-putting to even keep using it. It went on smooth and seemed to absorb nicely though.
