PREP:
File and shape nails to desired length and shape using the Mini Crystal File. Next, clean and prime nails thoroughly.
TREAT:
Apply one coat of HYDRATE. Begin at the cuticle, stroking toward the end of the nail, encasing the free-edge.
LACQUER -- or -- LEAVE AS IS: Apply two coats of your favorite nail color, or leave as is for a natural glossy finish.
CONTINUE CARE:
Protect with two coats of STRENGTHEN. Reseal and protect the nails by reapplying daily for optimal results. After one week of consistent use, remove all polish and treatment layers using a non-acetone remover and begin the steps again.

Just buy file separately
The file is pretty good. The other products contain formaldehyde and have caused my nails to split. Next time I'll read the ingredients first. This is my first example science with Nail Tek. This is not their only product containing formaldehyde or formaldehyde resin. At least they are honest, I guess, but the product is damaging my nails so... Yeah.

I have been looking for this brand nail file for years! I never found it at Ulta before. This Ulta had one had in back of on bottom of shelf . It is perfect for your purse! Looking forward to trying the polish treatment too. I hope Ulta continues to carry!!great gift!!!

Nourishing and repairing split, dry nails will take time, but after just a week I'm pleased. My nails feel stronger and the clear polish helps them look less pitiful.
Great Products but bottles are impossible to read!
I love Nail Tek products and the nail file is really nice too, way better on the nails than an emery board. However, I am not exaggerating when I say it's impossible to read the bottles. The green writing on a clear bottle just fades into nothing. I had to take a picture then zoom in to see which one was Hydrate and which one was Strength. I then marked them with a Sharpie so I know which is which in the future. The bottles used to be much easier to read before they changed the packaging.
Great product, awful packaging.
The bottles look exactly alike and the labels are so hard to read you can't tell which is which.
