PREP:
Clean and prime nails.
TREAT:
Apply one coat of HYDRATE. Begin at the cuticle, stroking toward the end of the nail, encasing the free-edge.
LACQUER -- or -- LEAVE AS IS: Apply two coats of your favorite nail color, or leave as is for a natural glossy finish.
CONTINUE CARE:
Protect with two coats of STRENGTHEN. Reseal and protect the nails by reapplying daily for optimal results. After one week of consistent use, remove all polish and treatment layers using a non-acetone remover and begin the steps again.

Great product
Where has this been all my life? My nails always tear horizontally from the edge. Well, i put this on a break 3 days ago and its still holding. Great stuff.
Doesn't work
My nails are worse after using this. I followed the directions in the morning and washed the dinner dishes that evening. The polish literally peeled off each nail.
Fixed my nails
I've had pealing, soft nails most of my life. After using this product consistently for a few months, my nails are smoother, stronger, and with peel less. I play guitar so it is hard to keep them fully protected but this product preserves them very well. The cuticle oil works well to moisture and even out the appearance.
New recovery system not an upgrade
These new systems do not include the risge filler for a base coat and it really changes the overall quality of set. I've purchased the older 3 step system many times and ill never buy this set again. Only item that didnt change was the cuticle bottle. Skip and buy their prev version still available many places but Ulta :(
Saved my nails - transformed my routine!
This nail recovery system truly saved my nails. Before using it I was basically addicted to SNS and tips and gel and all that. After that ruined my nails I've been on a nail recovery journey. I would agree that the font on this specific bottle is hard to read but the instructions are self explanatory in my mind. You use the hydrate as a base and then strengthen as a top coat. You can put polish on between the layers or not. Anyways - I feel like something none of the other reviews talks about is how long the top coat makes my manicures last!!! Sometimes when I use just regular polish the manicure lasts literally almost a whole week it's wild. This is a product I could recommend forever and ever and ever!!!
