Is this product fragrance- free?
- Asked by Javi
- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! To confirm, our oil to milk cleanser is formulated without fragrance. We do not add fragrance to any of our products so it's possible that what you are smelling is, in fact, natural ingredients. Because scent is subjective, it's hard for us to tell you what it should smell like. The aroma variation you may experience from time to time is because of our organic ingredients, which inherently vary in character from crop to crop. Was this answer helpful to you

Great first oil cleanser!! Skin's never felt so good!
Bought this after having extra dry skin for weeks due to weather changes and I wish I would have used this sooner. I always used cleansers that made my skin feel slightly tight afterwards just assuming that meant my skin was really "clean" and this was the first time using an oil based cleanser. I'v...

Not a good option if you're new to oil-based cleansers
My thoughts on this cleanser are quite mixed. The first time I used it was during the summer, & I didn't like it one single bit. I am experienced when it comes to oil-based cleansers, & I had honestly never used one that left such an unappealing film on my face. It was extremely noticeable—almost l...

Doesn't rinse off
I originally planned to use this cleanser as a makeup remover, but found it left a film that sealed in the makeup residue and made it even harder to remove after. It doesnt cleanse my skin at all, just leaves behind a layer of oil that doesn't rinse off.
Big disappointment
Took off MAYBE 60% of my makeup and left a nasty film on my face after rinsing.
skin feels covered in film
this has amazing reviews so i was excited to try. the directions say to wet your hands, put the product in and then massage onto dry face. it mixes onto your face up just like typical makeup removing balm feels (although this is runny like a cleanser). the bad part about this is, when you try to wash it off, it leaves a thick film on your face that no amount of water rinsing removes, it is so bizarre. i have to wash it with a separate cleanser to get it off. at first i thought this was a weird reaction with my makeup, so another day i tried using it on a bare face, the end result feels exactly the same. its also kind of pricey for a small bottle. do not recommend at all.
LOVE IT.

I love this facewash. I started using it consistently a year and half ago, and its so great. It's very gentle on my easily irritated skin. It takes my makeup off in 1-2 washes. If I have visibly dry skin and I use this face wash, it gently removes a lot of. I think that's my favorite thing about the face wash. It makes my skin look cleaner and healthier.
New formula or bad batch??

Did the formula change for this cleanser? I have been using the oil to milk cleanser consistently since 2018 or 2019 and have always loved it. Recently, I purchased one from Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada and it has a strong smell that I've not experienced before with this product. Also feels a bit different going on the skin...not bad, maybe a bit tingly? Overall, as a long time user, I'm disappointed as I loved this product but this smell is turning me off...
