Swipe brush onto pressed powder and work evenly into brush by swirling it in makeup cap. Use confident, downward stroked moving from the outside in until you're happy with the coverage. Apply wet for a fuller coverage look (use kabuki brush to apply the powder to a damp sponge, then apply directly onto face). Apply with a dry brush for medium coverage.
