Moisturizing
This is excellent as a first cleanser to break down mineral SPF without stripping my skin of all moisture. I do not wear makeup only tinted SPF (the new tinted mineral SPF by Neutrogena is great!) but I have mature, dry, sensitive skin that can be prone to acne and this did not flare any of that up....

Doesn't take off oil!!!
The packaging is nice and seems high quality. It's a pretty blue and has a pump that dispenses a good amount of product, but I feel like too much plastic is being used. The pump seems unnecessary and large and the plastic on the bottle is very thick, also I heard that colored plastic is rarely recyc...

It's okay
I didn't realize that this product would just feel like a liquified creamer. I'm unsure if this is getting off all the makeup, so I use micellar water before washing my face with this just in case. However, it does leave my skin feeling soft, so I'll it give that credit.
Gentle & non-drying
I'm surprised by the negative reviews as this is a must have for me. I like to use it to wash my face in the shower or as s first step in a double cleanse because I feel like my skin is less stripped of moisture if I use this first. I've been using it a few times week for over a year, have never had any issues, and will continue to repurchase. I've compared this to the BYOMA milk cleanser and much prefer this.

The fragrance is neutral and the product works well at hydrating skin. I like the packaging as well as the amount of product that it comes with. Should last me for a while. Does a good job of hydrating skin while also being gentle to prevent reactions.

This is another wonderful face wash by Neutrogena! It cleans your face while soothing and moisturizing at the same time! It is fragrance free which is a bonus! I highly recommend this.

Worked so good I loved it it cleared my skin up and made it so soft I would definitely tell people to buy and get some it's amazing
