Use the longer bristled side of the wand to comb product through clean, dry brows. Next, use the short, bristled tip to shape. To finish, use the flat back of applicator to firmly press brows for a laminated look. Allow product to dry completely.
This product has a thicker consistency to hold the brows in place, so be sure to apply before foundation in order to avoid creating a film or particles over the brows.

I tried this on a complete whim, after trying countless others. This doesn't flake on me, and controls the hairs without making my skin feel weird.
Just Get the Nyx One
I bought this because I was looking for a clear brow gel that I could really laminate my brows with. I have worn this many times now, but overall, it is disappointing—it doesn't really hold my brow hairs down flat like I expected it would, even when freshly and liberally applied, and what hold it does provide only lasts for a few hours. Also, if I accidentally get some of this on my skin, it dries white and flaky. I ended up purchasing thhe NYX clear brow glue, and the difference was night and day. The NYX one actually holds my brow hairs flay, a true lamination, it doesnt dry white or flaky, and it lasts. I tested the Ulta one and the NYX one side-by-side, applying them the same way, each on a different eyebrow, and everyone I asked agreed that the NYX one looked better. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

it def works but if u use too much it can peel off and feel like glue or pasts on ur eyebrows
Badly designed component
I really love the gel, but the glue gets all over the threads of the cap, which makes it expand and crack the exterior plastic, and glues it shut so it is very difficult to open. If they could improve the rubber gasket it comes through as you pull it out so it didnt spread the glue all over I would consider repurchasing. I just had to throw away a not even half used bottle bc the cap fully shattered and wouldnt close.
