The smell is really nice very light natural. I was really happy it didnt bother my scent allergies however it did irritate my scalp. Ive never experienced anything like it. I stoped using it to see if it really was the shampoo causing irritation & every time I used it the same thing would happen. I love the other shampoos & conditioners but sadly this one was drying & caused scalp irritation.

I have fine, wavy/curly, and low density hair (that is finally filling back in). I had previously been using another high end product line that started out great and rapidly went downhill to include hair loss and constantly feeling weighed down regardless of the line and or regimen I used. My stylist recommended I try Innersense and this shampoo/conditioner in particular (I like my hair to feel clean) - it suits my preference and need perfectly. The hair loss has ceased, my scalp feels amazing, i have new growth coming in. I can see where some may find this on the clarifying side - Ive been using this exclusively for the last 2 months and wash my hair frequently. I don't have any issues with it drying out. I am ordering more today:)

I love the tingly feeling that this shampoo gives on my scalp. they got this part right. however, the shampoo is very stripping and definitely not something that I would recommend using every week. it made the hair feel harsh. I would love to see them bad more moisture to this shampoo. if you do use it, please consider that it operates as a clarifying shampoo. I was hoping that I could use this weekly however I will be returning it. I have their other shampoos as well. I had high hopes for this one
