How to use a thermal styling spray: Section hair and spray liberally. Use on damp hair when you blow-dry, and on dry hair before using your flat iron or curling iron.

This is a heat protectant & it says it's highly flammable & has several warnings about heat & flame. It also say to spray it liberally on hair. I have thin fine hair, if I use too much of a product it weighs it down. How much is liberally? So use a lot, but stay away from heat. I'm confused.

Hair Type Straight Hair
This product makes my hair feel sleek and polished and also controls some frizz when I dry my hair. I've noticed a big difference in how my hair looks since I've used it. My hair looks so nice and healthy!
Hair felt dirty and stiff
After applying this to my hair and then straightning my hair my flyaways were uncontrollable, and my hair felt like there was an enormous amount of hairspray in it. My hair didnt look greasy persay but my hair felt uncontrollable and heavy.
