- Panthetoin - Unique formulation of Panthenol (B5, 20,000 ppm) and Ectoin (5,000 ppm). It helps provide and retain moisture, keeping the skin moisturized all day.
- Ceramides - with smaller-than-pore particles, it helps to provide deep moisture and protect the skin barrier.
- Allantoin - helps soothe and soften rough skin, leaving it dead skin cells-free.

Moisturizes the skin well
I have dry aging skin and this toner is great for moisturizing. I recommend it for skin that lacks moisture.
Serum, Not Toner
This is basically a huge bottle of hydrating serum, not a toner. Its a decent lightweight moistirizer though, and you get a lot for the price.
Great product for sensitive skin
I have very sensitive skin, and decided to give this product a try. I have had no redness, itching or breakouts. I hope Ulta adds more of the Panthetoin line from ma:nyo line.
