Use enclosed spatula to gently lift and separate delicate gel patch. To maintain product integrity, hold patch between fingertips and do not pinch with nails when applying. Carefully place perforated side onto clean, dry skin for noslip wear. Use larger patch to target crow's feet around the outside of the eye. Use smaller patch to target vertical lines between the brows. TIP: Flip smaller patch to target nose scrunch lines too! Relax and enjoy for 10 or 15 minutes. I was so super, excited to try out these, hydro-gel patches. I was a bit sad when I received the package, because the liquid had leaked out of the container. I thought the lid was just loose. I took it with me on a trip to Mexico and again, the container leaked. These will probably end up drying...

Quality patches
These patches are quality. I love them having the suction side because it helped them stay on while I moved around. Plenty of product was in the jar so I didn't feel like I missed anything when applying them. I just can't say 5 stars because they need extended use to notice the diminishing of lines/wrinkles.
