Using clean hands, apply pH Balancing Cleanser to the vulva in the shower or bath. Gently work into a lather and rinse clean. Do not use a bath loofah, sponge, or towel as these may be harsh and rough on the vulva. May be used every time you wash.

The vulva encompasses all of the external organs, including the pubic mound, the labia majora and minora, the clitoris, the external openings of the urethra, and the vagina. If this is such a clean product then why does it have carrageenan in it ?

Negative reports of Carageenan are mostly made in regards to ingesting it in foods/diets (as opposed to a wash) in studies done on animals, as opposed to humans. We keep our customers needs in addition to well-being in mind when producing our products, and we hope at the end of the day these are able to support you in total body care. Not enough of it
Love the product, I've been buying the 10fl oz with no issues. But the last one I received was missing about 25%. It had a piece of tape over it, so nothing leaked out in the box or packaging. It was just sent like that. There was also no seal under the cap, the smaller sizes always come with a seal, so not sure what happened there.

STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR V
Stay away! Ive been using for years, but they definitely changed the formula. Ever since this change, I've been having consistent BV and yeast infections from this product. The biggest issue is that "pH balanced" is doing alot of marketing work. Balanced to what? The vulva skin pH is 5-5.5 and normal vaginal pH is 3.8-4.5. If the product migrates even slightly inwards, a pH of 5+ is basically rolling out the welcome mat for BV. The honest concensus among gynecologists is that the vulva needs nothing more than warm water and that the vagina is self cleaning. Products like this solve problems that don't exist and in doing so can cause additional problems and conditions for both bacterial and fungal infections.
