I got this in hopes of balancing my hormones, I'm perimenopausal (52) still getting my cycle and I feel like this really has helped with my mood swings. I don't really get bad cramps so can't say it's helped with that but I can say I feel more like myself during that time of the month this month than I did last month, will definitely purchase again. The taste is not the best but not so terrible that I won't continue to take it.
