Exfoliating and conditioning lips is key to creating the ultimate fullness and getting the best application before any lip look. Start by gliding the Power-full Lip Scrub generously on your lips. The granules will help gently remove the dry skin from your lips. Buff in circular motions to ensure that the entire lip is exfoliated. Wipe off with a dry tissue. Upon first use, buff away the outer layer of product until the scrub granules are revealed.

I got this and was so excited as I love Buxom Cosmetics. The tube it comes in is just darling and it's also wider so you're getting more product than a lipstick. Need to use it a few times
The first few times I used this, it felt like a basic lip balm. But then, once I hit the exfoliation granules, It started feeling like an actual lip exfoliator. Seems to be working now. Not sure I would recommend purchasing this at full price. I bought it during their 50% off sale so didn't mind paying $10 for a descent lip exfoliator.
Trick to getting it started
I'm glad I read some reviews before purchasing. When you first open it, I did try rubbing it on my lips first and couldn't feel any of the exfoliating grit. Then I remembered someone wrote that they pressed on the product with their fingertip until some of the product loosened up and the beads were exposed. That did the trick! Once you kind of break the seal it works like it should. I think it works well and feels pretty nourishing in addition to the exfoliation. Based on the product names (Dragon Fruit, Guava) I kind of was expecting a fruity smell or taste, but there is neither. On the one hand I would have loved a little fruity smell, but I think not having a bad taste is more important in the long run.
I would buy this product again
Unfortunately I had a slight reaction to this product. I have extremely sensitive skin when it comes to scents or flavors. My mother in law however loved it loved it. She stated that she would definitely buy this product.
