I LOVE the new tip!
MAC brow pencil was the first brow pencil I ever tried many, many years ago. I stopped using it because I grew fond of thinner tipped pencils. So I was pleasantly surprised to find the PRO brow definer in a thinner tip. I will be stocking up!

Seriously?
Less than HALF the amount of product as the prior iteration of this pencil. MAC keeps getting stupider and stupider. Those pencils were fine as-is. And this is the only pencil they sell now. Its exhausting.
Time to Find a New Brow Pencil
After having used and loved the previous version, this new iteration is absolutely awful. There is much less product, breaks easily and overall quality is inferior. MAC, why ruin a good thing?
New design is horrible. So disappointed.

I ordered a few eyebrow pencils - spiked, in December and one in January when you guys had the sale as I always do to stock up for the following year. I just ran out of the one I had been using before my new purchases, so today I opened up one of the new ones that I purchased and only now realized that you guys changed the size/thickness of the pencil itself and it's so tiny and skinny. I wasn't even in the country when the package arrived in December so when I got back I just put them away until I needed them so now I realize that it's so much different. There should be an option for those who prefer the thicker or thinner pencil size. I very much prefer the thicker one and it's harder for me to do my eyebrows with the thinner 1mm one. It also breaks much easier. Not a fan. If I realized it was redesigned when I went to order I would have probably just purchased one to try it out not my usual 5 to last all year. Oh well I'm way beyond my return dates now and I'm even more bummed that I have to find a new eyebrow pencil that applies better than this new ultra thin one that's harder to blend and apply it evenly because it looks so much darker and pronounced because of its size I guess. Well ... what can I do but just voice my opinion on the new design. I already reached out to customer service and it's too late to return now so I'm stuck with them and very u happy. I will NOT be purchasing again unless they return to the old design.
