I ordered a few eyebrow pencils - spiked, in December and one in January when you guys had the sale as I always do to stock up for the following year. I just ran out of the one I had been using before my new purchases, so today I opened up one of the new ones that I purchased and only now realized that you guys changed the size/thickness of the pencil itself and it's so tiny and skinny. I wasn't even in the country when the package arrived in December so when I got back I just put them away until I needed them so now I realize that it's so much different. There should be an option for those who prefer the thicker or thinner pencil size. I very much prefer the thicker one and it's harder for me to do my eyebrows with the thinner 1mm one. It also breaks much easier. Not a fan. If I realized it was redesigned when I went to order I would have probably just purchased one to try it out not my usual 5 to last all year. Oh well I'm way beyond my return dates now and I'm even more bummed that I have to find a new eyebrow pencil that applies better than this new ultra thin one that's harder to blend and apply it evenly because it looks so much darker and pronounced because of its size I guess. Well ... what can I do but just voice my opinion on the new design. I already reached out to customer service and it's too late to return now so I'm stuck with them and very u happy. I will NOT be purchasing again unless they return to the old design.

I have been using this eye pencil for over a decade. They just changed the packaging and product and it is absolute junk. I will NEVER buy a MAC brow pencil after being loyal for so many years. This new one is super thin and takes a lot more product to fill in my brows and I don't have thick brows. I went through this in 2 weeks. Unless you are able to afford to buy these on a weekly basis, I'd find a new vendor. I will probably go to Thrive, but wish someone would've warned me. I am not anti MAC, as I will use their shadows and eye liners, but will never use their brow pencil again. Whoever designed this should not have a job. This design will eventually cost MAC a lot of customers.
Disappointed
The coloe match is great, but the quality is bad. The point broke off quickly, and early on. I only was able to use the most twice. Grateful for Ulta's fair return policy.

I bought this against my better judgement. The tip is too fine and doesn't allow for easy shaping. You're basically forced to draw and outline of your brow and color it in. I miss the angled tip. Sadly I'll have to go elsewhere for this product.
