Warm into the palms and then massage over the face, neck and décolleté with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage. Remove with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth. For an intensely nourishing treatment, you can also use this product as a facial mask. Balm may melt when warm but re-sets perfectly when cooled. Was so excited to try this - until i did. I dont enjoy products that leave me feeling like i'm harassing my skin to apply or remove them. Straight to the trash after one use.

I love cleansing balms and was so excited to get this free sample - until i tried it. It "works" but it's hard to spread & hard to wash off, felt like i was really tugging at my skin. Sadly an immediate no for me & straight to the trash.
Great cleansing balm, BUT….
Its a great cleanising balm and if you dont care how much you spend BUY IT. However this products js vastly overpriced. There are so many cleansing balms of equal or better quality at a fraction of the prive of this.
The only cleansing balm I'll ever need!
Im in love with this stuff! I first tried it last year when i had gone to the spa on my cruise and got a facial- the girl put it on me and it immediately smelled like heaven! It felt so soft and light and not greasy at all. I decided to treat myself and bought one to take and try at home-the only size they had was the 100mg, but its so worth it! A little goes a long way, I bought the first container in May 2024 and didnt need to get a new one until now (March 2025). I only use at night though and as the first step, and then I double cleanse with my regular face wash. Ive seen a lot of reviews saying its too expensive, which i cant disagree, it is a higher price tag than the rest of my skincare- HOWEVER if you want to splurge on 1 really nice product, this would be it. you definitely get your moneys worth and Youll be so surprised with how long it lasts, i promise!
Not worth the price
I've been reading about how great this cleansing balm is for a while, and decided to try it during the minis sale. I'll be honest, I'm so glad I didn't pay full price for this! I've been using cleansing balms for quite some time and there is no doubt that this is NOT the best out there. For the price point, I expected so much better. It smells oily (I don't mind fragranced products, but this stinks), and does NOT remove my mascara, and I don't even use the waterproof variety. If you must use a "luxury" cleansing balm, use Clinique. Or better yet, grab one from E.L.F. or the AOA Studio Green Tea Balm. They work better and cost less than half the price.
